(Vegan gluten free recipe)
Ingredients:
- 4 Big carrots
- Shelled walnuts (100 grams)
- Almond milk or water (100 ml)
- ¼ Garlic
- 2 Spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 Mint leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
Process
Create spaghetti with a peanut butter (With classic pie you will get some beautiful fettuccine). Apart from blending all ingredients to create pesto. Add some water if it is too dense. Combine pesto with spaghetti and serve.
