Ingredients:
- Pasta (320 grams)
- Roasted and chopped hazelnuts (100 grams)
- Bacon (125 grams)
- Fresh sour cream (100 ml)
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Process
Slice the onion thinly and then fry it in a pan with oil and until it is browned. Now put the bacon together and brown this too, then complete with cream, flavor and combine the hazelnuts, holding 30 grams aside. Now combine the dough and cook it to the tooth and skip for a minute. Serve in serving dishes by dusting with crushed hazelnuts on the surface.
