RAW VEGAN MEATBALLS PEAS AND WALNUTS

(Raw vegan gluten free recipe)

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of fresh peas (Optinal broad bean or raw corn)
  • 1 Cup of shelled walnuts
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt q.s.
  • Pepper q.s.
  • Sesame q.s.
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • ½ Red pepper
  • 2 Spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Chili pepper q.s.
  • Chives

 

Processing for vegan meatballs

Blend all the ingredients together, until a homogeneous mixture is formed but not too smooth. Create balls and pass them into sesame. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge

 

Processing for chili sauce

 

Blend all the ingredients and add chives to decorate. Serve together with the meatballs
