(Raw vegan gluten free recipe)
Ingredients:
- 10 Tomatoes
- 1 Cup of almond flour
- 1 Spoon of chopped basil
- 1 Spoon of chopped parsley
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 10 Black olives
- 1 Spoon of capers
- 1 Spoon of oil
- Inside part of tomatoes
- Pepper
- Salt
Process
Cut the tomatoes in half (for their length) and sprinkle with Salt. Place them in a dryer (or in the sun) for 12 hours. Empty the tomatoes and hold the pulp to add it to the compound. Combine almonds with basil, parsley, garlic, olives, capers, chopped tomato pulp, oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything and fill the tomatoes.
